Customers of SYNCPILOT are assigned a request account in the business portal. Here they can access different contact channels for their request.

Procurement can use the portal to purchase licenses and IT services and request offers. The customer account contains all personal and contract data, contracts, delivery notes and documentation of the procurement process.
