When digital disruption started to impact the sectors, we began to work on models for online customer dialogue. We wanted to shorten the "media disruption" marathon that is typical for sales into a 100 m sprint. This led to the establishment of SYNCPILOT. And a new software architecture that we use to develop sector-specific solutions as well as solutions for individual business requirements.

Live Contract from our partner SYNCPILOT puts the finishing touch on many of our solutions. Our customers can fully digitalize a large share of their processes with their end customers. By combining Live Contract with our SAP Customer Experience solutions, we set the stage for closing contracts and applications, for instance, in a diverse range of business processes – in compliance with legal requirements and without any media breaks! Our customers and partners benefit from extremely rapid roll-outs that let them bring time-to-value into play in incredibly short time frames. Live Contract helps some customers improve their digital contract closing rates by up to 90 percent!
